“วัดติโลกอาราม” หรือสันธาตุบวกสี่แจ่ง พระอารามหลวงในรัชสมัยพระเจ้าติโลกราช กษัตริย์ล้านนาลำดับที่ 9 แห่งราชวงศ์มังราย

สร้างขึ้นระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2019–2029 ปัจจุบันตัววัดจมอยู่ใต้กว๊านพะเยา ยกเว้นส่วนยอดพระธาตุที่โผล่พ้นน้ำขึ้นมา
เนื่องจาก พ.ศ. 2482 กรมประมงได้ก่อสร้างประตูกั้นน้ำ ทำให้น้ำแม่อิงและลำน้ำสาขาซึ่งไหลลงมาจากทิวเขาผีปันน้ำ
เกิดการเอ่อล้นเข้าท่วมชุมชนโบราณที่ตั้งอยู่บริเวณหนองเอี้ยงจนเกิดทะเลสาบน้ำจืดขึ้นมา เรียกว่า กว๊านพะเยา
ทำให้วัดโบราณสถานและชุมชนโบราณจำนวนมาก จมอยู่ใต้น้ำ#วัดกลางกว๊านพะเยา
