Phu Langka Forest Park

Phu Langka Forest Park, situated in Chiang Kham and Pong districts, is a famous

attraction in Phayao. It spans across Pa Nam Puei, Pa Nam Yuan, Pa Nam Lao and Pa
Mae Yom sanctuaries, covering an area of approximately 7,800 rai (12.48 square km).
Established by the Royal Forest Department on May 8, 2545 B.E. (A.D. 2002), Phu Langka
Forest Park features intricate mountain ranges located in drainage divide mountains, with

elevations ranging from 900 to 1,720 meters. The unique mountainous terrain makes
it a popular place among nature enthusiasts, especially those who enjoy trekking and
conquering high mountain peaks. Phu Langka is also an ideal location to witness the sea
of mist, attracting travelers seeking winter adventure.
