จะตรงกับวันอาสาฬหบูชา หรือวันเพ็ญเดือนแปด (เดือนกรกฎาคม) โดยคณะศรัทธาและ ประเพณีวันดอกค�าใต้งาม
หน่วยราชการทุกแห่ง จะรวมกันหล่อเทียนที่แกะสลักอย่างสวยงาม เพื่อน�ามาร่วมเป็นขบวนแห่เทียน จัดข้นวันท่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ของทุกปี กลุ่มสตรีทุกกลุ่มจะรวมพลังทากิจกรรมร่วมกัน
