จัดขึ้นในวันส�าคัญทางพุทธศาสนาปีละ 3 ครั้ง คือ วันมาฆบูชา วันวิสาขบูชา และวันอาสาฬหบูชา
Candle Festival on the water in the middle of Kwan Phayao :

The floating candle festival in the world
The festival takes place at Wat Tilok Aram, a temple that was once
submerged underwater. It is one of the world’s unmissable unique candlelight
ceremonies. The candlelight procession by the water is an unseen and important
tradition of the Phayao people and differs from other candlelight processions in
temples as they will parade around the temple by taking a boat instead. The festival
will be held three times a year on significant Buddhist days ; Magha Bhuca Day,
Visakha Bucha Day, and Asarnha Bucha Day.
